Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and generate a prepaid shipping label; a small flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping costs.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging if possible, attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
